With a master’s in real estate development from Arizona State University and over 27 years of industry experience, I bring a unique blend of expertise as a Realtor, Investor, Contractor, and former Senior Vice President of Lending. My background spans Commercial, Agricultural, and Residential real estate, giving me a well-rounded perspective on the market.
One of my key areas of oversight was managing our Real Estate Owned (REO) portfolio, valued at $114 million, where I was responsible for all property improvements. This experience gave me firsthand knowledge of maximizing property value through strategic renovations and market positioning.
